FAQs
Do you work with older children?
Yes! I work with children aged 0-5 years. Having been through all those years with my own children I know just how difficult each stage can be. So if you have an older child who’s still struggling with bedtime battles I’m your girl!
What happens if my baby gets sick during our support period?
We want your baby well, especially while making changes to the way they settle to sleep. Quite often we’re making BIG changes which comes with BIG emotions, and to best support these we need your baby healthy. If your little one becomes unwell during your support period we simply pause and reconvene when they’re feeling better.
Can you guarantee this will get us more sleep?
I can never guarantee that your baby will be sleeping through and nailing naps after working with me. Whilst I often do have clients that have completely transformed their child’s sleep within weeks we have to remember that all babies are unique. What I can guarantee is after working together you will have a better understanding of:
what is biologically normal
your child’s unique sleep needs
managed expectations and realistic goals for your little one’s sleep
simple tips tricks and tools to better navigate your days and nights
The confidence to trust your intuition and the knowledge that YOU are in-fact YOUR baby’s expert
Will there be tears?
Yes. Change can be hard and while I do not promote cry it out, or any type of separation based techniques it would be unrealistic to expect to make changes to your baby’s sleep without some tears. None of us like to hear our little ones cry but it is ok. It’s the way in which we respond to the crying that is important.
Can you work with multiples and or siblings?
Absolutely. Got more than one babe keeping you up at night? Get in touch and we can put together a package to suit your family’s individual circumstances.
